Iron Acre started the way a lot of good local companies do: the owner wanted to build something of his own while providing quality outdoor services people can trust. We have been working in permanent lighting and outdoor services since 2023, and we are a growing local company with a dedicated team — with the owner staying hands-on in our projects.

Why permanent lighting? Because of what it does to a home. It transforms the whole face of a house and gives homeowners something they can enjoy year-round — not one week in December.

The difference is attention to detail. We focus on clean, professional installs that blend into the home, and we would rather tell you honestly what will and will not work on your roofline than sell you something you will regret.

What you can hold us to

Not slogans — the specific things we think separate a good install from a cheap one.

  • A straight answer

    If permanent lighting is not the right call for your home, you will hear that. A quote is not a sales pitch.

  • Careful on the house

    The channel follows the line of the roof, the run stays level, and the site is left clean. Details you only notice when they are wrong.

  • We show up

    Turning up when we said we would is a low bar in this trade and an easy one to clear. We clear it.

  • Still here afterwards

    A permanent system is a long relationship. If something is not right a year in, we would rather you called us than lived with it.
